ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Applicant should be a Pakistani citizen. In case of holding a foreign passport, CNIC is mandatory.
In case of applying singly, age should not be less than 40 years; however, persons of less than 40 years of age can apply with family members (as per Saudi Government Law).
In case of group, Mehram is required. Please see mehram document

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

Original duly filled complete Umrah application form for Sahulat Umrah partner package.
Original CNIC.
Original passport with at least 7-month validity and two pages left.
Three (3) photographs of 4cm x 6cm with white background.
Medical Vaccination for meningitis for adults above 16 years & polio for applicants below the age of 16 years.
Any other documents required by Saudi Embassy for verifying the relationship of applicants like:

Original B form.
Original Nikah nama in case of following relationship;

Married sister traveling with brother.
Female (from mother side i.e. khala) traveling with nephew.
Female (from father side i.e. phophee) traveling with nephew.
Married female traveling with father.
Married female traveling with uncle.
Unmarried female traveling with uncle (from father side).
Unmarried female traveling with uncle (from mother side).

Affidavit for relationship attested by ministry of foreign affairs.

FEES AND CHARGES

Withdrawal from the scheme is subject to following charges:

Rs.500/- if visa is not applied to Saudi Government Web site.
Rs.5,000/- if visa is applied on web to Saudi Government website.
Rs.8,000/- if ticket and visa is issued/stamped.
Rs.40,000/- in case of cancellation 3 days before the flight. No refund if not informed before 48 hours or no show.

In case of rejection of visa from Saudi Embassy on any ground (what so ever), Rs.5,000/- being the cancellation of ticket and non refundable visa fee will be charged.
In case of death of applicant / pilgrim before departure, the refund from the scheme will be made to legal heirs as per Bank’s rules and regulations on the basis of applicable withdrawal charges.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Application form along with all original documents will be submitted to Saudi Embassy subject to clearance of NADRA, ECIB, verification of references and other details of applicant.
Full package payment, along with original passports or passport copies required to initiate visa approval and hotel booking process.
The package will be for total period of stay & passengers will not be allowed to stay under their own arrangements, unless agreed by our handling agent, prior to departure.
Hotels will be booked as per normal check in/check out timings in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) & any special requests in this regard or room view must be specified at time of package request.
Applicants will receive all their original documents from their concerned branches and in case of any delay from Saudi Embassy for issuance of visa; documents will be delivered to the client as per time limit left on any convenient place or at the time of departure at the airport. All customers will be kept informed for the status.
Saudi Pak Bank is responsible for the collection of funds only, whereas, all facilities like ticketing; traveling, transportation and accommodation are the responsibility of Umrah partners.
All customers will carry the luggage at their own convenience as per allowed limit of airline and Saudi Pak Bank will not be responsible for any inconvenience caused for extra baggage and handling of baggage, as no porter service is provided at any stage.
Passenger must reach the airport at least 3 hours prior to scheduled flight and would be responsible for all the formalities associated up to the departure as per Pakistani and Saudi government laws.
In case of any change in the airfare/taxes, the actual difference has to be paid by the customer.
As per airline schedule in Pakistan, their will be only three departing stations i.e. Lahore, Islamabad and Karachi. In case of non availability of direct flights from Lahore and Islamabad, flights may be routed through Karachi.
Saudi Pak bank will not be responsible for any delay in flight schedules.
If there would be a connecting flight from Lahore/Islamabad to Karachi and Karachi to Jeddah, passengers will have to wait in transit for their international departure as per schedule.
After arrival at Jeddah airport, all passengers will be responsible for all the issues relating to luggage, custom clearance and immigration etc. as per Saudi laws.
If there is any delay in issuance of VISA through Saudi Embassy, Saudi Pak Bank will not be responsible, however we will try to help out the customer.
Once package schedule is agreed, customers are not allowed to change the schedule/package.
10-15 days are required for vise processing and issuance of ticket.
These terms & conditions are subject to change without notice, in case of any change in regulations by KSA government or handling agent/hotels.
While all efforts will be made to meet passenger requirements, sometimes an alternate hotel or type of rooms may have to be offered and any rate differential will be settled accordingly

GUIDE LINES FOR UMRAH PILGRIMS

After immigration, passports will be collected from immigration officer (tehseel office) and then handover to the representative of Babul Haramain /Saudi Pak Bank. The representative returned these documents during the journey or before the return flight to the respective customers.
To have the wheel chair at Haram or at Masjid-e-Nabwi, customers should retain a photocopy of their passports. In case of any issue please consult the local representative for help.
After the arrival at Jeddah airport the passengers will be carried to the hotel by opted transport from Saudi Pak Bank / Babul Haramain.
After the arrival at the respective hotels passenger has to wait to get the keys of their rooms from representative. It may take some time depending upon the number of pilgrims.
All the passengers will be given the complete schedule for complete journey, however the representative also inform by placing notice 2 days prior to the departure.
Passengers may have to depart a day or two before/after the scheduled date due to the heavy rush of flights, to avoid expiration of visa.
Passengers will be handed over their passports and tickets before their return flights.
In case of non availability of flights from Jeddah to Lahore / Islamabad, passengers will be departed via Karachi.
The package does not include food.
In case of rejection of visa by Saudi Embassy, Bank will not be responsible.
To avoid delay/cancellation of departure from one airline passengers can be accommodated in another suitable airline.
